This is a BEAUTIFUL 1200 sq ft. fully furnished home including WiFi internet and Satellite, TV Enjoy Inclusive the Ventana Lakes membership which is included, this comfortable modern southwestern style home has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on a single level split floor plan, sleeps 4 comfortably.

Offered as a vacation rental, everything is nearly new!

51" HD TV (living room), 32" HD TV master bedroom, Spacious vaulted ceilings in every room and ceiling fans throughout, open floor plan with separate laundry room and full size washer & dryer, two car garage with remote door opener.

Fireplace, tile throughout, living room and bedrooms have upgraded carpeting, relax and enjoy the fresh Arizona air on the outdoor patio set seats 4, take walks around the 9 lakes two are just across the street, 24 hour security always patrolling the area, not really needed it's a safe place to live.

Ventana Lakes is an exclusive active adult community (55+)

Full membership to all the activity centers, gym, pools etc. is included with your stay at no additional cost, (a $450 value)

Seasonal rates apply and are subject to change at any time. Longer leases given priority with repeat customers receiving 10% discount on the published rate on future stays. Requires lease agreement, security deposit of $500 + 50% of total rents collected at time of reservation, with remaining 50% due 30 days prior to move-in. For reservations made inside of 30 days from arrival, total rents and deposits are due to reserve.

$185 of deposit is non-refundable for the cleaning fee; the remainder is refundable after inspection. Guaranteed funds (cashier's check/money order) or PayPal. Cancellations prior to 60 days of arrival date receive a full refund; Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date, you'll receive $500 security deposit but 50% of the total rental term amount is forfeited as a re-booking fee.

Absolutely no smoking permitted inside the house. Any evidence of odor or damage forfeits your deposit in order to clean carpets, replace all bedding and linens. Generally no pets; exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances for a dog, with additional fee of $185 for carpet cleaning (pet deodorizing) after rental visit.
