Description of the Sun City Center vacation condo rental

Ours is a senior community, you must be 55 or older to rent here. The subdivision is called Glouchester, a nice section located in the center of Kings Point.
This condo is clean and tidy and newly updated. It has one large bedroom with queen size bed with 1 and a half bathrooms. A queen size sofa bed in the living room and double sofa bed on the bright spacious lanai. All linens provided. Seperate dining area and fully equiped kitchen.
Cable television, DVD and VCR player in the living room. Beautiful bright lanai, with storage room and bicycle.

Activites include 2 clubhouses with both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis, shuffleboard, golf, fitness equipment, with dancing, shows, all on site. Tennants have the same access to facilites and activities that the owner has. Local bus transportation is also included. Clubhouses have bars, snack bars for breakfast and light lunches, with "special dinner nights" throughout the month.Daily roster of activities is available on the Kings Point cable station.

Kings Point is right off I-75 at Exit 240. Sun City Center has a number of stores and resturants all within a 3 mile radius. Super Walmart, Home Depot, Publix, Sweet Bay, Winn-Dixie, Beals and several Dollar Stores. Resturants include Bob Evans, Dennys, Sonny's Barbeque, Beef O Bradys, McDonalds, Checkers and Pizza Hut. Brandon Mall just 20 minutes north on I-75 and Ellenton Outlet Mall about 30 minutes south on I-75. Busch Gardens about 30 minutes and Disney, Universal, and Sea World a little over an hour. Tampa, St Petersbury, Clearwater and Bradenton-Sarasota all are easily accessable.
