BrandNew Villa surrounded by golf courses and lakes.Subdivion is called Portsmith, the newest section of this wonderful playground for people who have paid their dues and now have time to play. Convenient to South Club and the south entrance to Kings Point. Gated community with golf courses through out. Several swimming pools, tennis courts and an incredible activities room with something to interest everyone. A tennant has the right to all activities that an owner has. The villa has a 2 car garage,golf carts can be rented from private businesses. ONE MEMBER HAS TO BE OVER 55 years of age. Rental Rates are by the month. Oct. and May are $1500, Nov. and Dec.are $1700.pr. mo. Jan and Apr. are $2000 a mo. Feb. and Mar. are $2200. Of course every thing in Real Estate is negotiable
Kings Pointe is right off I 75, minutes to Tampa with it's great restaurants, entertainment and world famous shopping. Tampa Bay is 5 miles away, worlds best fishing and boating. The Gulf of Mexico white beaches are near by. Public transportation will take you into Tampa and area. Special shoppring routes. There are 3 International airports approx. 30 minutes away. Orlando and Disney are a short ride. Sarasota with cultural center and St. Armands Circle, Bradenton/Palmetto and Ellenton Outlet Mall a short ride away.
