Description of the Sun City West vacation home rental

Beautifully decorated home. High end Leather Sofa with matching loveseat. Queen beds in Master and guest room, another one of our rentals is a block down the street and it has a King in the master and 2 twins in guest room that can stay twins or be pushed together as a King. Large lots. Last area to be built in Sun City West before starting the Expansion area. Very close to Palm Ridge Rec center.

Fully furnished with everything you can think of. Just bring your clothes.

We also have many other rental homes so please contact me if this is not exactly what you are looking for. All our homes are located in Sun City West which is a Senior community and one person must be 55 or older and no one under the age of 19 can live here for more than 90 days.

If you are not familiar with Sun City West, there are 4 recreation centers with pools inside and out, theropy pools, tennis, bochi ball, lawn bowling, bowling, over 200 clubs, even a horse stable! You can't believe how much their is to do in Sun City West.

Area Information

Located in the north section of Sun City West between Deer Valley and Stardust just off 135th. Sun City West is approx. 35 miles NW of the Phoenix airport.

Sun City West offers too many amenities to mention. It even has a Horse Stable. I don't think there is an activity or club available that Sun City West doesn't offer. It even has a state of the art metal shop and wood working shop.

Beautiful stay in Surprise!

This home was beautiful, large, light and sunny. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door. The only thing lacking were basic supplies to support our month long visit.

No problems thanks to the assistance from people offering this property. Any requests were taken care of right now and we had few requests as the property is well cared for in a perfect location for us...We left this place in the good shape that we found it and may rent it again.

Great home to rent in Sun City West, AZ. Large and roomy with king bed master and another queen bedroom. Also extra pullout in AZ room. Large living room with dining room. Kitchen has large table for 8. Big back porch with nice furniture.. Fully furnished with everything you need. Clean and neat house.

Very well maintained home. It is furnished nicely and has all the kitchen appliances one might want. All working properly. I thought I would not like the backyard because of the street view. However, the neighborhood is very quiet and the backyard seemed private in spite of the street. I hooked up to the internet rather easily; although the connection went out 3 times. The number to call COX was provided and they fixed the problem quickly. It's a small place and I wouldn't want to spend an entire month or 2 with another couple. However, we did have visitors for 1 week and that was just fine. I recommend this place and may even stay there again myself.

We really enjoyed our time November - December 2011 at Sun City West. The home was clean and very comfortable and our little dog was also welcome. We definitely return another time. It had most of the things one needs while traveling but still feeling you are in your own home. Would have liked to have had the sun on the other side of the house. The back of the home did not get sun so could not use the patio.......much. Enjoyed the golf as well.

We did not stay in this home but another on Allegro. We had a fantastic time - property is perfect for a vacation. The only recommendation I have is that you be sure to set up your facility pass prior to your arrival. Otherwise was fantastic. Will definetly go back.
