Two Reserved Private Parking Spaces at the entrance door of our Merrill Brook 2C Condo, & Ski Closet at the same entrance door.

Children's Ski Wee lessons, or Mogul Meisters lessons downstairs on Ground Floor of our Merrill Brook II Building,

South Ridge Ticketing and Welcome Center, Ski Shop, Ski Tuning, the Mountain Grocer, Restaurants, Apres Ski, are located next door. Additional Restaurants, lounges, & entertainment are a short walk or Mountain Shuttle away.

Convenient location to all amenities of South Ridge yet a quiet small condo Building where you share a short hallway with only one other condo on the second floor, and stairs with only two other condos on the third floor.

Your locked ski storage closet is one of only four downstairs at condo entrance door, not one of 150 in the basement of a huge dorm type building's noisy corridor.

Your car is parked for your stay. We think Merrill Brook 2C (MB2C) is the most convenient location on the mountain. You are not wasting your time driving, finding a parking space, and lugging your ski equipment across a vast parking lot.

**Sunday River offers 12-HOUR SKIING right out our MB2C condo door with the addition of lights on North Peak and South Ridge select trails.

All 12-HOUR SKIING operations and services are based out of South Ridge Lodge.

TERRAIN: 12-hour skiing and riding are serviced by the Chondola [Lift #7], the South Ridge Express [Lift #2], and the Sundance Surface Lift. Trails are groomed individually between 4-5pm, allowing access to the majority of the terrain during this period and all terrain once grooming is complete.

12 HOUR TRAILS flooded with newly installed lights include: Dream Maker, Escapade, Second Mile, Southway, Broadway, Sundance, South Ridge Park, Who-Ville

LiIFT TICKETS: 12-hour skiing and riding are available with 12-hour lift tickets valid all day and evening, and with Evening tickets valid from 4pm - 9pm. All season pass holders have 12-hour access on days their passes are valid, and SKI and STAY packages include 12-hour access on days of 12-hour operation.

Detailed Description:

Eight peaks and infinite terrain.
Sunday River features 131 trails spread across eight interconnected mountain peaks, each offering a distinct experience. The resort is serviced by a network of 18 lifts, including four high-speed quads, ensuring easy access to every corner of the resort. Below you can learn a little bit around the terrain and character of each peak.

At the eastern end of the resort, White Cap features some of the most challenging terrain on the mountain with steeps, glades, and the legendary bump run White Heat. Obsession is a long Black run full of rolls and variation in pitch.

Next is Locke Mountain, where the first runs on the mountain were cut. Predominantly Blue trails include favorites like Cascades, Monday Mourning and Sunday Punch. The lower section of Locke is also home to our superpipe and the Rocking Chair terrain park.

Barker Mountain features a high-speed quad serving a variety of popular runs. Three Mile Trail is a Green run starting here and winding across the mountain. Ecstasy is a Blue leading back to the lower trails on Locke, and Right Stuff is one of the most popular Black runs at the resort.

Spruce Peak offers two long Blue cruisers, Risky Business and American Express, and the short and steep bump run Downdraft. Spruce also offers quick access to the western side of the resort with the Green run Sirius.

North Peak is home to the mid-mountain Peak Lodge, and a variety of great Green and Blue runs. With a high-speed lift and long runs, North Peak is a great spot for families.

Aurora Peak features a mix of Blue and Black trails, and one of the longest and best glades on the mountains--Celestial.

OZ is a unique bowl with advanced Black and Double-Black terrain. Runs here are a mix of glades and open runs full of natural terrain features and steep pitches.

Jordan Bowl boasts the best scenery at the resort, as well as some of the best runs. All abilities will find something to their liking here, with long Green and Blue cruisers like Lollapalooza and Rogue Angel as well as advanced glades.

I spent a fun and relaxing long weekend at this condo with a group of friends! The condo was nice and clean with plenty of space, and the locked storage for skis outside was very convenient! The location was absolutely perfect with everything within walking distance. And you could stop by the condo to have a snack or to take a break in between slopes. We had a great time! Thank you!

We had a girls weekend at this condo and found it to be a great location and big enough for 6 women! Parking/ski storage is really convenient and the lifts/slopes are right behind the condo!! During the day we could go inside to have lunch or take a break. At night everything was within a walking distance (restaurants, dancing etc.). We never needed a car! This is also an ideal place for families, since the condo is located directly above the ski school. As a matter of fact, many people drove there from elsewhere to drop off their kids. We enjoyed the full kitchen and when we had trouble with one of the appliances, a new one was brought in within minutes. The fireplace was a nice plus after a day on the slopes!

My family and I stayed for 8 nights in this condo over the christmas/ new year period; we found it's location wonderful right on the slope, minutes to ski classes, chair lifts, ski hire etc. While the decor was a bit dated, we enjoyed the extra space not normally available in French apartments. We did think the cost of the condo for the week was really expensive but for convenience and ease it was great and I would recommend it.
