Description of the Sunday River vacation home rental
Perfect Sunday River Ski House - Great for 2-3 families. Very private, in W. Bethel, but about a 5 min drive to Bethel proper and less than 8-9 mins to the Southride Base Lodge at Sunday River. Large LR/DR combo w/wood beamed ceilings, large brick fireplace, floor to ceiling picture windows with mountain views, large deck, ski equipment entry foyer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wood included. Big 2 car garage and lots of add'l driveway parking. Funky but fun basement kids room. DISH Satellite TV with HBO, plus DVD player, in LR - additional 2 TV's with VHS only in playroom and one upstairs BR.
1 Master King BR on ground level, w/master bathroom & walk-in closet; 2 upstairs bedrooms w/doubles & 1 bathroom to share, 1 smaller bdrm downstairs w/twins next to own half bath. Plus, upstairs you can sleep one or two more, with two twin mattresses in large loft overlooking LR. One loft bed is on lovely wood Day Bed frame, and the other one can be pulled out onto the floor next to it. House is nicely furnished and decorated, but not stuffy - casual and fun. Families, couples love it !! It's close to everything, but it's your own little world with lots of land!
Near Sunday River Ski Resort, with world-class snowsports and golf, restaurants, bars, and the quaint NE town of Bethel, with crafts, antiques, old pubs & inns. Resort activities & plenty of apres-ski nightlife in the Winter and Spring, plus 'Big Adventure': family entertainment with a giant Laser Tag Arena, indoor Rock Climbing Gym, Mini-Lane Bowling, Arcade, Mini-Golf, Waterslides, and Volleyball. In Fall, spectacular foliage, views and walking/hiking - and resort lifts are open all summer, plus fall weekends, to take you to great trails and vistas at the mountaintop. For Spring, Summer & Fall, spend your days on the 'best golf course in Maine' at the Resort - or house is just 2 miles from the Appalachian Trail, and house is on 10 acres of breathtaking land. Great kids programs at Family Friendly SR Resort - and it's just 5-6 minutes from the house to the bottom of Sunday River Rd. (all well plowed, maintained, lit, relatively flat roads). And only 50 miles from the Coast!!

- Deposits: Non-refundable 50% at rental agreement signing, 50% remainder due 6 weeks before arrival. $150 one-time cleaning fee.
- Other Fees: Small-medium sized, housetrained pets welcome, but reasonable, refundable pet deposit will apply. Reasonable, refundable Security Deposit also required for stays of one week or longer.
