Description of the Sunny Isles Beach vacation apartment rental
Unit E-213 has a full-size murphy bed and a very comfortable solid mattress sofa sleeper. Unit E-205 has two full-size murphy beds.
Both units have a fully-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, TV and DVD Player. Rental fee includes cable, unlimited local calls, high speed internet service, parking (unassigned) for one car, all taxes and cleaning fee. No additional fees!
The Miami Beach Club is a family-friendly oceanfront property located at 19051 Collins Avenue, in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach (Florida's Riviera). There is a heated swimming pool, three brick charcoal grills for Bar-B-Queing by the pool & ocean and lots of sand & beach!!!
This is a non-smoking unit. No Pets Allowed.
Area Information
The Miami Beach Club is approximately 30 minutes from Miami International Airport and Seaport and 15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport. It is in close proximity to many attractions and shopping malls, including the world famous Bal Harbor Shops and Aventura Mall. Many restaurants, shopping and parks within walking distance. Try your luck at the Gulfstream Casino, just 5 minutes away!! Neighboring cities include Aventura, Hallandale, North Miami Beach and Hollywood Beach.

Great place for a beach vacation

We spent a week at Amy's place and were really surprised at how well the place was kept. Very clean and cozy. We had all we needed for the beach (chairs, umbrella) and in the kitchen (lots of dishes and glasses, big fridge!). Wi-fi was also available. Given there is a free parking it is a good idea to have a car at hand to quickly drive to the nearest shops or Aventura, which is also very close. Generally, the place is quiet and neighbors are friendly (not a single problem during our stay) If you need a flat that is in seconds (!) walking distance to the beach, in Sunny Isles area for a calm and relaxing vacation - this is definitely a good place to stay! And additional thank-you to Amy for being very welcoming and ready to answer all the questions!

Not many places like this anymore, where you feel right at home ! What you see on the Web site is what you get. Clean and comfortable place, near everything, and, right on the beach ! Only one downside, the pool water, although heated, was a bit cool: around 75 degrees, same as the sea ! We did not swim all week. Only the children did. As for Amy, she's very nice and professionnal. You can count on her. We will certainly return very soon.

we stood in this appartement for 18 days.it was very clean and there were all things in it what you need(kitchen,bathroom,chairs for the beach...) the property (pool ,garden,,,,,) were very nice.so next year we will come back because we spent a wonderful time there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything is within walking distance; groceries, restaurants, bus, kids park, etc. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed; beach chairs, umbrella, beach paddle & ball, mini-cooler, towels, linens, dishes, etc etc. Amy was very helpful in pointing out the places to see and where to eat. The area is quiet and neighbors are very friendly. If we return to Sunny Isles, this is where we want to stay. My kids still talk about this vacation (especially the heated pool)! Thank you Amy!

...just add sun, sand and the ocean!! When we arrived, Amy, the owner, met us at the condo. She was VERY accommodating regarding our dates of stay. She gave us information about the surrounding area and really made us feel welcome to Sunny Isles. The condo is clean, comfortable and it has an "at home" feel. It has EVERYTHING you need already there: bathroom supplies, kitchen/cooking utensils, beach towels & chairs, beach umbrellas, towels for the bathroom, cable & high speed internet, etc. The view of the ocean is amazing. The pool and BBQ area is clean and provides a great atmosphere for friends and family! We will definitely be coming back to stay here!! Thank you Amy!

My stay is sunny isles could not have been better. The studio aprtment was immaculate and had everything i needed. The people around the complex were friendly and the grounds were very clean. The pool was great and the ocean could not have been better. The owner met me upon my arrival and we huing out for the afternoon and she provided some info about the area and where to go. She really went the extra mile. I hope to return next May of 2012. Thanks Again for everything...

This little beach house was exactly what I needed. Not far from my home but far enough to feel disconnected and able to re-energize myself. The condo is clean, neat, comfortable, and the owners thought of everything you might need to ease your stay. As usual, in South Florida, the weather was picture perfect.

My wife and I stayed at this beautifully appointed studio in December. The owners clearly take pride in making sure you enjoy your stay! We loved that it was exceptionally clean!!!
