Elegantly furnished this remodeled one room Studio is directly on the beach side(corner unit on second floor)
with a spectacular view of the sea and only steps away from the water,the pools, BBQ area and Tikki-Hat. This Studio has a Queen-Size Murphy Bed with a new Memory Foam Mattress,a Full-Size Sofa-Bed,a round table with four chairs,Cable TV, High Speed Wireless Internet,free phone calls to all USA, Canada and Puerto Rico,ceiling fan,clock-radio,hair dryer,iron,etc. Towels, Beach towels and Linens are provided.The cozy kitchen is equipped with a electric stove/oven,full size refrigerator, microwave,toaster,coffee maker. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided. Washers and Dryers on premise.
A remote control necessary to access at the promises by car(only one car for unit)and a key will allow you access through the front pedestrian doors and undo the pedestrian beach doors. Security on promises.

Excellent

The location is great near Publix, CVS, other department stores as well as restaurants. Liz greated us in a very loving way explaining to us all the things in the studio as well as providing us with soap, detergent and all the utencils in the kitchen, towels, beach chairs, umbrella. The studio has ocean front had a great time being able to wake up every morning seeing the sunrise from where I was staying "it was priceless" My kids and I had a great time we would of love to stay longer but can wait to be able to stay there again.

wonderful vacation

Liz & Alfredo were great host. Condo very clean, new looking, and well thought out. All ammentities as promised were there. Front seat view of pools,patios,beach, and ocean, from east window of condo. Bed and pull-out comfortable. Condo kept cool during hot days. Well lit and clean grounds at complex. Security visible most of the time. Walking distance to groceries, pharmacy, and eateries. Could find parking within view of condo window. Most of other tenants were friendly. Local bus service a plus. Did NOT see any undesirable bugs in condo. And only a few at night near beach entry. Washer and dryer facilities on complex a plus, as we stayed 8 days. Taki huts with lounge chairs a nice touch. This condo had beach towels, shower towels, bedding and extra patio/beach chairs and umbrella for our use. I could not give it 5 stars only because the pools were open only until 7pm. I am sure it is to discourage locals from sneaking in and trashing area. Also the pool was cleaned daily, but the spill way of the smaller pool was never flushed/sprayed out. Still it was clean enough to enjoy swimming in. I peaked inside other condos at the complex and most looked very nice, but I was totally impressed with this corner condo. We are saving up for another trip to that area, and we would be very happy to stay at Liz and Alfredo's "little piece of paradise" again.

Best place in Sunny Isles!

I highly recommend this rental to anyone. The owners are extremely nice and the apartment is super clean and renovated unlike many of the other units in this complex. It is probably one of the best units at the playa varadero. Alfredo and Liz are great people to deal with and they really take care of the unit; it's super clean. You also have a great ocean view from this apartment. The price is unbeatable.

Incredible holidays

The property was great (clean and well kept). Being a small one (studio) everything was planed to fit right in place, really comfortable. The owners were amazing! You could tell by the small details on arrival (they left us bottled water in the fridge, soap in the bathroom, detergent in the kitchen...), and of course by the way they treated us. We highly recommend to rent this place.

Would highly recommend it

Stayed at the rental for ten days. The inside of the unit is totally renovated and kept immaculately clean. The owners were there when we arrived and came back the day we left, very professional. Full size refrigerator, stove and microwave oven, dishes, utensils, etc, all very clean. Bath and beach towels, bed linens, all fresh-smelling were provided.To top it off, beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler were also there. Would highly recommend this rental, great deal for the money paid.

Well maintained unit with great ocean view

Very well kept studio with an ocean view. I would recommend this condo for a weekend getaway on a tight budget. The outside of the buildings are worn down but the inside of this condo was very modern and clean. The complex is also in a very nice area with high rise oceanfront condos all around.
