Description of the Sunny Isles Beach vacation condo rental

Elegantly furnished this newly remodeled one room studio is directly on the beach side(corner unit on second floor)
with a spectacular view of the sea and only steps away from the pools, BBQ area and beach Tikki-Hat. This Studio has a Queen-Size Murphy Bed, a confortable Full-Size Sofa-Bed,a four chairs round table,cable TV,a ceiling fan,clock-radio,hair dryer,iron,etc.Towers and linens are provided.The cozy kitchen is equipped with a electric stove/oven,full size refrigerator, microwave,toaster,coffe maker. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided. Washers and Dryers on premise.
A remote control neccessary to access at the promises by car(only one car for unit)and a key will allow you access through the front pedestrian doors and undo the pedestrian beach doors.Security on promises.

This Resort are located on Collins avenue and 188 St.(Sunny Isles Beach) only minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport.Five minutes from Aventura Shopping Mall and Bal Harbour Shopping Mall.Only minutes away from South Beach,Gulf stream park(horses racing and
gambling Casino),The New Seminole Indian Hard Rock Casino.
Fine dining,etc... Walk to grocery,dining and many small shops.

Very well kept studio with an ocean view. I would recommend this condo for a weekend getaway on a tight budget. The outside of the buildings are worn down but the inside of this condo was very modern and clean. The complex is also in a very nice area with high rise oceanfront condos all around.
