We require $500 dollars of Security Deposit with the Rent(due upon arrive), security deposit refundable in full after check-out if the condo is left in good condition and nothing is damaged or missing. NOTE: It's required who rents must present proper identification before occupying the unit.

We spent 2 weeks in this condo and we absolutely loved it. The owners were bery nice and professional. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and is beautifully furnished. The view on the intercoastal is beautiful. The building is secure and has a large pool, and it's a short walk to the beach. We highly recommand it.
