We stayed 3 weeks at this beach studio. The propertyu is old, but have pretty good location directly on the beach and with 2 swimming pools. This studio is small, but OK for 2 persons. The unit was very clean and the owner wonderful. There is no veranda and there is no view at all. But, we did not spend much time inside as the common area is great. Although there are parking, at peak it was somewhat difficult to find space. Hard to beat the price and if you are willing to trade off no veranda and no view, it is a bargain.

This is a great "little place" to get away and relax. The apartment is all that the owner Estrella described. Exceptionally clean, 20 steps from the beach. Estrella was excellent to deal with, honest and friendly. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed at Ocean Breeze condo last week. It was a small but clean place.We had everything we needed and expected for the price we paid.It was part of our plan, since we spend all day somewhere else. Too bad, because the beach there is so beautiful. Some people stayed there all day enjoying beach,pool,and cooking /grilling their food. We rented place from Estrella,who was so nice. She tried very hard to accommodate us and was available at any time we needed her.

Went down for spring break and the hotel was right on the beach and located right next to a restaurant/bar which was great. It was also close to a 7/11 and other eateries. Cost was low which was a plus for college kids.

Had a great stay. The studio was perfect .. all supplies you could possibly need .. even beach toys, chairs, hair dryer, iron / board .. board games. The owner paid attention to detail! Clean. Awesome beach and pool are. Location can't be beat .. including the free parking. A perfect vaction spot! Val the manager is pleasant and reliable. I recommend him highly. Save money without compormising quality.

We spent 10 days at thisSunny Isles Beach studio . This was our first family vacation (we traveled with a baby of 6 months) and our first experience inhome rental. Estrella (the studio's owner) has welcomed us very kindly and make us feel like at home. The studio was well equipped (stove, refrigerator, microwave oven) and very clean. It is located at less than 50 steps from the beach and from two swimming pools. The place is safe and well maintained. We spent a lovely vacation there and we recommend this studio to everyone.

This was our 2nd time vacationing in Sunny Isles but our first time renting from owner. Was a bit nervous about booking directly from owner, however, Estrella (owner) made it a pleasant and positive experience. The studio met our needs for sleeping at night and cooking if needed. BBQ was a wonderful asset. Coin laundry was great as well. Beach, tiki umbrellas, loungers, and pool was wonderful. Close to grocery store and amenities - all within walking distance or short bus ride! Will definately reconnect with Estrella to rent again when we come back to this area!
