Description of the Sunny Isles Beach vacation condo rental

The Sayan boutique building is a private, serene oceanfront condominium located in the heart of Miami. Upon your arrival, our complimentary valet will be waiting to park your car in our secured parking facilities underneath the building. You and your guest(s) will be handed a ticket with which you will be able to claim your vehicle should you ever choose to leave the condo throughout your stay. Immediately stepping into the lobby area you will notice the Asian inspired décor, including a 4(ft) waterfall with seating area. Here your client relation executive (CRE) will meet with you to welcome you and your guest(s) into your luxury condo.
Your Personal Condo
Upon entering our fully-furnished and distinctively designed 2 bedroom luxury condo you first set foot into the Great Room. To your immediate right is the powder room specifically located at the entry for use when entertaining guests. Stepping into the Great Room you are greeted by a unique seating area, perfect for reading an afternoon book. To your left is the Living Room; accompanied by a flat screen TV and entertainment center as well as direct access to the private terrace overlooking the ocean. Once in the Living Room, to the right is the entry to the Master Suite. The Master Suite was specially designed with two walk-in closets, a full master bath with his and her sinks, a flat screen TV and direct access to the terrace. To the right of the Great Room is the dining area and second private terrace with ocean views. To the right of the dining area is the kitchen with Kohler state-of-the-art appliances, including a washer and dryer room. To the left of the dining area is the Guest Bedroom. This luxurious bedroom includes a private bathroom, flat screen TV and walk-in closet.

After showing you and your guest(s) around the condo, your CRE will show you how to use any appliances, including the stove, or satellite TV. The CRE will also hand you a welcome pack which includes our concierge booklet should you need a private chef, VIP access to Miami’s hottest clubs, or simply a babysitter for the evening. Your CRE will discuss with you, at this time, maid service time and when he/she will be returning to pick up the keys at the end of your stay. Should you need anything during your stay or have an emergency, your CRE is there to help you, they are always only a phone call away.
