The property is located in Sunrise Beach on Lake LBJ one hour west of Austin, 517 N. Beach Drive on channel water .
Winter Texas dates are October First through March.
Two bedroom, 1 bath (Jacuzzi tub plus 2 head standup shower) with a day dock.
Water, direct TV, trash pickup, washer/dryer electric, outdoor fireplace .
Land line/ internet not provided.
Deposit $200 non-refundable
$950/ month Small pets OK
This is my summer home, you just need a suitcase you will find everything you need.
