Located in quiet complex next to National Forest at the back of the Sunriver Business Park. Connects to new Caldera Springs bike paths and walking trails and direct access to Sunriver trails. Sunriver is a great family vacation area with easy access to Mt. Bachelor skiing, snow boarding and tubing in the Winter. There is great bike riding and walking on numerous trails in Sunriver. Also fishing, canoeing, drifting and other water sports on the Deschutes River that runs through Sunriver. Near Bend, Oregon which is a surprisingly cosmopolitan small town with lots of first class restaurants and shopping. Lots of hiking and other adventures in nearby mountains. Lots of sunshine, even in the Winter.
