Description of the Sunriver vacation home rental

At 1578 sq ft, our home is one of the largest 2 bedroom homes in Sunriver. We've packed our home with great amenities including a Sundance hot tub with massage jets for your back, your feet, and even the backs of your knees. The hot tub can fit 7 adults comfortably.

We also provide free passes for unlimited use of the Sunriver pools and tennis courts. We have 4 adult bikes (2 are new cruisers added Spring 2008). We also provide 4 tennis rackets and tennis balls. We have a grill outside for your use.

We have 3 TV's (one is a 42" flatscreen in the living room), 2 DVD players, 2 VCR's, Playstation 2, games for the Playstation, board games, DVD's, VHS tapes, books. There is also a computer with high speed internet and wi-fi connection if you travel with a laptop.

We upgraded all the appliances in the kitchen in the Fall of 2005 - new refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, glass stovetop, oven, waffle maker, coffee maker, smoothie maker, crockpot, blender. We also added brand new dishes, glasses and silverware!

We have two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The River Room (decorated after the Deschutes River) has a king size bed and the Volcano Room (decorated after all the local volcanos) has a queen size bed. Both mattresses were added in Spring 2005 and have a foam egg crate top and mattress cover. We regularly buy new sheets and towels and they are always 100% cotton with 400-600 thread count sheets.

We provide a port-a-crib and high chair to make traveling with little ones easier. Finally, there is a new full size washer and dryer inside.

The living room has two full size couches (both are sofa beds). It's a large living area that opens into the dining room with seating for 6. Our dining room table is new, hand made from rustic wood by a couple in Sunriver. We also have a bar area and two bar stools.

We accept credit cards for fast and convenient payments.

• Deposits: To secure your reservation we require the $250 security deposit and a signed rental agreement. We must have your deposit money before we can hold your time frame. The owners will acknowledge receipt of the deposit by signing the rental agreement and providing a receipt for the deposit. 60 days before your stay, 50% of the rental amount is due. The balance of the rental fee is payable 30 days in advance of your stay.
   
• Other Fees: $80 Cleaning/Hot Tub Fee $10/nt Pet Fee $250 Refundable Security Deposit Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free (when other specials do not apply)

We enjoyed every minute of our butternut retreat. From the games, to the tv, to the hottub, my children never wanted to leave. We especially enjoyed being able to ride bikes daily. We will definitely use this home when we return to Oregon for our next vacation.

We drove over from Portland and had a great time at the Butternut Retreat! The house is a nice cozy house nestled in Sunriver. Great for a couple, 2 couples, or even a small family.
