$120 per night for the first two nights and $105 for any additional nights includes cleaning cost. An exceptional value for this two bedroom, two bath, private home with a hot tub. This house is NOT located near the railroad tracks. It is in a quite area of Sunriver on a large, pine covered lot near the south golf course, and river. It is walking distance to the South pool, Sunriver Mall, South golf course, Lodge and the river. Easy access to the bike path. There is a large hot tub located outside on the deck to relax in after a day at Mt. Bachelor or a day of bike riding. With two TV's, VCR, two CD/DVD players, wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, games, videos, and CD's there is something to keep everyone busy.

Sunriver is a Summer and Winter resort located 15 minute from Bend, 40 minutes from Mt. Bachelor ski resort and minutes from lakes, moutnain biking, rock climbing and other activities.
