White Christmas in Sunriver

December 30, 2010

Our 2010 Christmas at Sunriver was delightful. Snow all around to put on in the right frame of mind, a great day of cross country skiing at Edison Falls and a spacious, comfortable and well appointed home to accommodate our extended family of eight adults. Our "home away from home" had all the conveniences needed including high speed wireless internet, which for our "connected" family was a must. Plenty of space, big screen TV, a well appointed kitchen and super comfortable beds (although my four star rating suggests double bunk beds in one room should be replaced with another queen/king). With that slight change, I would rate our stay a "solid five stars!"

Lovely Home, Great Location

A wonderful time was had by all. Walking distance to shopping, ice skating, sledding and a variety of restaurants. Short drive to skiing, tubing, snow shoeing. Enjoyed Wanderlust Tours for snow shoeing and Cave Tour. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of toys for the kids. Thanks for a terrific place to spend our vacation.

Famioly ski weekend

Great location, only minutes to Mt. Bachlor. We even took our 2 year old granddaughter skiing on the bike path near the house. Great family home. Lots of room to spread out. Tastfully decorated, and well equipped.
