This large two-level comfortable lodge style home in Sunriver’s quiet north end features 2600 sq. ft. of beautiful furnishings, log accents, and plenty of room for the whole family! You’ll feel right at home with the floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, games and movies for everyone, a private hot tub on the expansive log deck, and nature at your door. It is near the North Pool and tennis courts, Woodlands Golf Course (with McDivot’s Café), the North Store and gas station. It is convenient to the Cottonwood Road entrance to Sunriver, an easy way to get to Bend and enter and exit the resort.

Plenty of Room, Very Comfortable Beds …

Here’s a layout that works beautifully for a cozy couple or a group of up to 12 people. Main Floor has King master suite with jetted tub and door to deck and hot tub, den/bedroom with queen hide-abed, tv, Powder Room (1/2 bath), Great Room with vaulted wood ceiling, fan, stereo, tv, and river rock gas fireplace. Also on the main is a large fully-equipped kitchen with island and bar counter with stools. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is just down the hall from the master bedroom and has a sink. Upstairs, you’ll find a 2nd Master Suite with a queen bed, two closets and a TV. Two more bedrooms, one with two sets of lodgepole bunks to delight the kids, and the other with a comfortable queen bed and TV. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub/shower combo. This is a place to truly relax and enjoy all that Sunriver has to offer.
