Beautiful spacious North End Sunriver vacation home - 3500 square feet - on extra large lot. Set back from street, very private with lots of common ground seperating you from neighbors.

4 bedrooms with private baths, 3 with king size beds, 1 queen. 1 bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds, sleeps up to 6 kids. Very private hot tub, safe from prying eyes.

Full size slate pool table downstairs in den, flat panel TV. Several bikes, including a Univega tandem.

Huge kitchen, premium cookware, lots of room to work. Custom built butcher block dining room table with custom built extra tables that can be added to the main table - Seat up to 16 at the same table one time!

Extra large master bedroom with oversized bathroom with slate floors and walk in glass block shower, bath tub for two, granite countertops in all bathrooms.

Recent upgrades include premium mattresses in all rooms, poker table downstairs, new sectionals upstairs and down, and newly refinished decks.

Our vacation home is professionally managed by one of the top Sunriver agencies, so all maintenance issues are dealt with on a constant basis - no surprises!

This is an awesome house for large groups/multiple families. With 3500 square feet this is not an undersized house with tiny bedrooms and inadequate living areas as is very common in other 4 and 5 bedroom Sunriver homes.

In the North End of Sunriver, close to the North End store. Near pool, tennis courts, golf course and bike trails. This part of Sunriver is much quieter and the trails etc. are much less crowded than the area around the mall.
