Description of the Sunset Beach vacation condo rental

WELCOME TO PARADISE !! Look no further-Sunset Beach is the closest to paradise you will ever get! Sunset Beach is located between Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC, just north of the infamous Grand Strand and only minutes away from the most beautiful sandy beaches of the East Coast. Our brand new (built in 2006) impeccably-furnished first floor condo is located in Colony II of Oyster Bay Golf Links. This peaceful condominium complex is located just across the street from the Intercoastal waterway and ocean beyond. The Colony II offers fitness center, indoor & outdoor swimming pools and hot tub.

Our vacation home is fully furnished and equipped. Enjoy the comfort of your stay with central air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Our condo offers bright, open rooms with high ceilings. The bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms, entry hall and kitchen have ceramic tile. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 19 inch TV, a large walk-in closet and spacious bathroom with double sinks and a full shower with seat. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has two twin size beds and a 20 inch TV. The second bathroom with shower and tub is located in the entry way by these two bedrooms. A washer and dryer, hairdryers, iron and ironing board are provided. The sofa in the living room also converts to a queen size bed to accommodate a maximum of eight people. The living area has two double French doors leading to the veranda, a 32 inch TV, DVD/VCR, games, and books. The kitchen is inviting and opens to the great room separated by a bar and two bar stools. It is well stocked with cooking utensils, serving dishes, silverware and glassware. Some of the appliances include the cook top range, over stove microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffeemaker, and a toaster.

A scenic two-minute drive along the waterway and over the charming swing bridge takes you out to the beach island of Sunset Beach. Once there, you can enjoy sunning, swimming, shelling, fishing, and beautiful sunsets. There is public parking at the pier and a shower for rinsing off. Ocean Isle Beach is also about ten miles away. There you can enjoy dining overlooking either the waterway or the ocean. There are multiple beach access points (including at least two handicap ramps) with parking, Coastal Museum, a waterslide, miniature golf and it is a great place to ride bikes. The famed seafood capital Calabash is only a 5-minute drive. Myrtle Beach is just 10 miles beyond there. The new highways in the Myrtle Beach area make it an easy trip to the shopping, dining and entertainment at Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Broadway at the Beach, and more.

In addition picturesque golf courses of Oyster Bay, there are more than twenty others nearby including The Thistle, Sandpiper Bay, The Pearl, Sea Trails, Lion's Paw, Tiger's Eye, Panther's Run, Crow Creek, Brunswick Plantation, Meadowlands and many more.

If you decide to eat in, there are two groceries conveniently located nearby and one has an extensive deli. There is even a boat launch into the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) just a few hundred feet from the complex.

We also own another propety in the community if you are planning a family gathering or if this unit is not available for your desired time frame. Call or email us to inquire.

This non-smoking condo is maintained and rented by the owners. We are very excited to offer you a nice, clean and relaxing environment to rent.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
1. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.
2. No smoking or pets allowed.
3. Reservation Fee equals Half of the Total Cost (rental charge, 13% sales tax/visitors fee, $65 cleaning fee) plus $100 security deposit (refundable if no damage). The remaining half is due within 60 days of arrival. If reservation is made less than 60 days before the rental then the whole amount is due at the time the reservation is made.
4. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date will result in a 10% fee. Cancellations made less that 60 days prior to arrival date will result in loss of reservation fee.
5. Refund of the remaining deposit funds will be mailed to you upon successful completion of contractual agreement.
6. Payment may be made with personal check or credit card using Paypal.

Rates are always negotiable WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF TRAVEL ONLY!! If you find a better deal in a similar complex, give us your last look by speaking to me on the phone. WE WOULD PREFER OUR VACATION HOME BE THE PLACE FOR YOUR FABULOUS BEACH OR GOLF VACATION THAN TO HAVE IT SIT EMPTY!!
