Description of the Sunset Beach vacation condo rental

The Colony II at Oyster Bay. Easy convenient first floor end unit and just a few steps to both indoor and outdoor pools, along with a large jacuzzi tub within the condo, make this one of the most requested units in The Colony II. Located just across the street from the Intercoastal waterway and ocean beyond, The Colony II is surrounded by dozens of championship golf courses.

A scenic two minute drive along the waterway and over the brand new high rise bridge, takes you out to the beach island of Sunset Beach. A family friendly barrier island (only three miles long) offers public parking, a fishing pier, kayak and bike rentals.

Once on the island, there are several walkways over to this uncrowded oceanfront where you can enjoy swimming and watching beautiful sunsets.

Amenities:
This ground floor unit is just a few steps from the outdoor pool and indoor heated pool. Free wireless internet, central air conditioning, cable TV, three TVs, and DVD.

This unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Washer and dryer included. Covered patio overlooks the pool area. Bed linens are provided, bath linens are not provided.

There are two spacious bedrooms each with its own bath, one has a large jetted spa tub in addition to a shower. One with king size bed and one with two twin beds, also a full size sleeper sofa.

This “NO SMOKING” and "NO PETS" unit is in like new condition, very clean and nicely decorated. Main living area, kitchen and baths have ceramic tile flooring, bedrooms are carpeted.

Nearby:
Calabash is two miles to the south. This village town is known for its many seafood restaurants. Visit their docks and purchase the fresh “catch of the day”.

North Myrtle Beach is eight miles to the south. Here you can enjoy live entertainment, countless restaurants, dancing, amusement parks, shopping and much, much more.

Some of the area golf courses include: Oyster Bay, Angels Trace, The Thistle, Sandpiper Bay, The Pearl, Sea Trails, Lion’s Paw, Tiger’s Eye, Crow Creek, Brunswick Plantation, Meadowlands and many more.

We had a wonderful stay at sunset. The condo was beautifully decorated and kept real nice and clean. The location was great. We liked being on the ground floor and being so close to the pool.
