New spacious Charleston-style private home on private street in quiet golf community 3 miles from oceanfront. Your home away from home, for gatherings both large and small. Linens & pillows, dishes, towels, beach chairs, bikes - we include it all. All you need to bring is your bathing suit, sunscreen and golf clubs.

• Deposits: $250.00 security deposit and lease agreement with booking. One half rental due thirty days prior to stay, otherwise reserved time may be forefeited. Full payment no later than 10 days prior to arrival. Security Deposit, less any damage, will be refunded ten days after departure.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning service available for additional $75. May be taken out of security deposit if requested or necessary.

 Quiet street, large house, great for large family!, June 23, 2008

3 combined families (6 adults, 6 kids, 2 teens) plenty of room and privacy. Loved the front porch with the rockers to sit on in the evening and in the mornings. Very quiet resort. Safe for bike riding and walking. Neighbors on street friendly. Beach is beautiful and clean. Lots to do in the area. Will stay again!
