Description of the Surf City vacation cottage rental
This awesome Surf City oceanview cottage with double decks is a great choice for your beach vacation. The cottage is located in a convenient location approximately 200 yards from the Atlantic Ocean. It has all the comforts of home. A playground is also within 2 short blocks. Since the cottage is only 1.8 miles from the center of Surf City, restaurants, gift shops, bike/boat rentals and the IGA grocery are within walking distance. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a desireable reverse floor plan. One bedroom, one full bathroom, open kitchen and connecting family room upstairs. There is also a double fouton in the family room upstairs for extra sleeping arrangements. The family room opens to the top deck. Downstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 2 oceanside bedrooms with new pillowtop queen sized bedding open to a covered deck with outdoor furnishings. There is also a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer stocked with detergent. The rental also has WIFI, DVR and central heat and air. There is plenty of paved parking with room for your boat and up to 2 pets are always welcomed. There are 2 outdoor hot and cold showers with dressing areas, outdoor sink for fish cleaning and a charcoal grill. Extras included in the price are use of beach chairs and boogie boards which are located in the downstairs storage area for guests. Linen and towel rental is also included at no extra charge. Early check in at 2 pm is a plus everyone loves! Guests are out on the beach while everyone else is fighting the 3pm check in traffic. No smoking allowed in the cottage. Area Information
Surf City is a great area. Located in the middle of Topsail Island, it is a favorite with vacationers. Our cottage is a single family home located in a quiet area but only 1.8 miles from the center of Surf City. No parking problems with a boat and several cars. No shared walls with other units. Bring your fishing poles for surf fishing on the beach. Marina is 2 miles. Golf is in nearby off the island. Pets are allowed on the beach with a leash.

We have a long rental history with over 10 years of full occupancy every summer. One advantage that we have is that we have our own cleaners that only work for us. It also enables us to get our guests in the cottage sooner between rentals. We are also very close to the beach access, restuarants, shops and play area. We charge one set price that includes everything.

Q:What are some of the fun things about the cottage?
A:Everyone that rents says they love the location of the cottage and surprised to find how close it is to the beach and to the center of town. A playground can be seen just 2 blocks away. Guests can walk down the beach to restaurants and shops. The oceanviews from the house are a big plus usually not found at this price!!
Q:What all is included?
A:We generally have one set price that includes cleaning, pet fees and taxes. $1000 is the off season rate and peak season rents at $1700 weekly. A $300 security deposit is required.
