Awesome oceanfront home! Panoramic beach views from the two oceanfront decks. Spacious and open living, dining, and kitchen area with fireplace and bedroom 4 (queen bed) on the top floor. All bedrooms are oceanfront with sliding glass doors to enjoy spectacular sunrise views over the Atlantic Ocean! Bedrooms on the first floor: Master bedroom - 1 king, Bedroom 2 - 1 queen, Bedroom 3 - 2 bunk beds. There is a covered enclosed outside shower to rinse off the sand and salt before going inside to play games or work puzzles. This is the perfect family home with high speed internet service, deck furniture including a picnic table on the dunes level deck, a charcoal grill, surround sound system with DVD player, several movies, games, an infant gate and high chair provided for the little ones. Great location, an easy bike ride or nice walk to downtown Surf City.

Area Description

Topsail Island (pronounced 'Topsul) is one of the best-kept secrets among East Coast beaches. Located along North Carolina 's southern outerbanks, Topsail Island is a 26 mile long barrier island of spacious sandy beaches and tranquil maritime forests. It 's hard to discover such a place today as friendly and casual, with such pristine sand and surf, water sports, recreation, fine dining and shopping adventures. This is Topsail Island located midway between Wilmington, to the south and Jacksonville, to the north.

The island consists of three towns, North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach. The two mainland towns of Sneads Ferry and Holly Ridge complete the section known as the Greater Topsail Area. Two bridges allow access to the island, a landmark swing bridge on NC Route 50 to Surf City, or by NC Route 210 over a high-rise bridge nearer to North Topsail Beach

Our family enjoyed your beautiful house and the great location directly on the beach. It offered everything we needed to have a relaxing vacation in the sun. We had fun collecting seashells, rocks, and shark's teeth. Thank you for sharing your house with us. We are aready thinking about our next visit to Topsail.

Beautiful beaches and fabulous house. we rented in winter, yet enjoyed sunny weather (with a little chill in the air) every window provides a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beds are very comfortable, as is the furniture in the living room. Everything you need is there! The house is in excellent condition. We can't wait for another long weekend, and make our way back to Topsail!

We visted Topsail Island for the first tme this year and it was great! This house had everything we could have ask for and more. It's right on the beach and in walking distance to shops and dining. I will stay here again!!

This house is comfortable, spacious, and sits on the beachfront dune! You can't get any closer than this on the beach. Each bedroom faces the ocean and has it's own sliding glass door to the decks. From the deck you can view the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook great meals and open to the living area for all the family to spend time together. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the beach!
