Perfect beach vacation: great views-close to ocean

Enjoy a beautiful getaway at “Sea-Sons”, a 2400 square foot home on Topsail Island in Southern North Carolina. This home, built in 2003 and kept very current, very clean and up to date, is furnished with your comfort, pleasure and enjoyment in mind.

Comfort and enjoyment at your home away from home is certainly important. The layout at “Sea-Sons” promotes a spacious, comfortable feeling. The house sleeps 12 and, appropriately, seats 12 for dining.

The kitchen is fully stocked, with enough dishware, silverware, and drinking glasses (including beer and wine glasses) for all occasions, PLUS a full selection of cooking supplies for both the small and large meal. Other kitchen amenities include a Refrigerator / Freezer with Ice Maker, Stove / Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Garbage Disposal.

The Great Room includes a 52" widescreen TV and comfortable seating.

The 5 bedrooms at Sea-Sons (2 masters each with king size bed and a full bath as well as two bedrooms with Queen size beds) create a feeling of tranquility, allowing quiet, peaceful time as needed. The final bedroom has 4 twin beds (two bunks) perfect for kids or larger families.

The house also features 2 covered decks with fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean Intercoastal Waterway. Relax on the covered decks in the outdoor furniture and watch the many boats and jetski’s on the Intercoastal Waterway.

The beach is an obvious highlight of this terrific getaway location. Enjoy summer water temperatures in the high 80’s. The fine, sandy beaches extend uninterrupted for miles.

The beach is literally a few hundred yards away - so walking to the beach is the perfect way to go.. and return trips to the house for lunch, bathroom etc... are easily accomplished.

While the beach is obviously THE attraction, there are many other options to extend your enjoyment. Restaurants (featuring seafood !), miniature golf, the local museum featuring the very interesting history of Topsail Island, and the Sea Turtle Hospital are all featured attractions.

GOLF is certainly an enjoyable option as well, with several excellent courses within 20-25 minutes, highlighted by North Shore Country Club (great views of inter coastal waterway as well as the occasional gator) is 15 minutes away and just off island. There are also links style courses and others within 20 - 25 minutes. There is also an amazing local jeweler (Mystique Treasures) with a very talented jeweler about 1.5 miles away if you are looking for the perfect memory of the trip.

Canoeing, Kayaking, Surf Board and Boogie Board rentals all within approximately 1/2 mile distance from Sea-Sons. Jet Ski rentals within 2 miles.

Fish the peir (1 mile), the intercoastal, surf cast the ocean, or rent a charter and deep sea fish.. ALL within less than 2 miles.

Finally, Jacksonville is about 40 minutes north and Wilmington is 40 minutes south, each featuring a ton of options including movie theaters, restaurants, bars, shopping malls, aquariums, etc.
