Description of the Surfside Beach vacation condo rental

'Almost Heaven' is a beautiful oceanfront complex consisting of 4 units. This complex consists of three upstairs units with oceanfront deck; one with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and two with 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath w/shower(Unit B has 2 baths) and one downstairs spacious unit with ground level screened porch with 3 bedrooms & 3 baths (1 w/tub & 2 w/shower). Each unit also has a private enclosed outside shower with hot & cold water. Downstairs Unit has a ground level screened porch. This complex has a walkway to the ocean, shared laundry facilities on premises (washer & dryer), charcoal grills on premises. Due to space, parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Lodging Tax: 11
Deposits: A DEPOSIT of half of the total rent is required within 2 weeks of making reservation, time permitting. For on-line reservations, a 50% deposit is due within 7 days of booking the reservation. Balance, including sales tax and accommodation tax on total rent will be due 30 days prior to check-in day. There will be a booking fee of $50.00 charged to all reservations. This fee covers added tenant services and administrative cost.
