Ocean front condo beautifuly decorated with open air floor plan. All appliances including washer and dryer. Located on the 3rd floor of a six unit building (no elevator) No pets, no smoking allowed. Parking for only 2 cars. Located about half way between Surfside Pier and Garden City Pier. Surfside is a family oriented beach. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Family oriented beach walking distance to Surfside and Garden City Piers, also to some resturants.
