Description of the Surfside Beach vacation condo rental

This 2BR/2BA condo is just across the street from the ocean with great views.
It is a 1st floor end unit with a private balcony, there are only 12 units in the complex. Located in Surfside Beach, just minutes from downtown Myrtle Beach, the beaches are wider and less crowded. Great for families!
Decorated very nicely with a fully equipped kitchen, living area, separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer and lots of storage for the beach stuff!
There is ceramic tile, leather furniture, 3TV's, DVD players, VCR, and a Stereo.
The pool is 8ft. deep and larger than most condo pools with plenty of lounge chairs and an outdoor grill.
Within walking distance to local restuarants, fishing pier, ice cream parlor, beach bar & grills (great live music), jet ski rentals, and much more.
If you family would like to enjoy the beach and not the traffic, this is the place to be!

Surfside Beach, known as "The Family Beach", is just south of downtown Myrtle Beach. It is less crowded with a small town atmosphere. The beaches are much wider, so when high tide hits you can stay on the beach.

 Nice place, great pool , good location, August 29, 2009

We have stayed in this condo complex for probably 7 years. This was by far the best condo that we have had. The floors are all tile and "wood". They are easy to keep clean and soooo much better than the carpet that was in this unit last year. The 2 double beds are new and extremely comfy. The king sized bed in master is kind of stiff/firm, but we did not have any problems falling to sleep. Kitchen counters are new and real nice. The pool is extremely nice and clean. The tile was replaced a couple of years ago and still is in nice condition. The unit is on the first floor, which makes it easier on the hot days, but there is really not much of a view of the water. Walk across the street and between the 2 condo's there and you are on the beach. The only negative I have is that the safety ring/rubber ring in the sink's disposal was half gone and it was kind of sickening to put any food in there cause it would fly out if you turned on the disposal. We just put the metal basket in to cover the missing ring, and ignored it. Bring a decent pan with you if you want to fry an egg , or pancakes. The washer and dryer are old, but worked fine. There is a real nice little library a few blocks away and we always go for the free internet access. They also have a little book sale area where we buy books for about 25 cents.
