This 3 story 6BR/6.5BA beach house has it all...a private pool, elevator to the 3rd floor, great oceanviews, and the rates to go with it!!!

Sleeping up to 16 people there is plenty of room for the entire family..the first floor has a fully applianced kitchen, large living area, ceramic tile, balcony, 1st floor bedroom w/ a Queen & a Private Bath with a step in shower. The 2nd floor has a master suite with 1 King, a Jacuzzi tub, and private balcony with ocenviews, 2nd bedroom has 2 Doubles and a private bath, 3rd bedroom has a queen and a private bath. The 3rd floor has 1 Queen bedroom and a EXTRA LARGE Bedroom/Media Area with at least 2 doubles..great for the kids young or old complete with a gaming station, game table, and much more...
7TV's, VCR, DVD players, Stereo, Full Size Washer/Dryer.
There is a private pool complete with a grill, outside shower, lounge chairs,and table.
There is covered parking and a private driveway-parking approx. 6+ cars.
Lets talk about the views- this home is just steps to the ocean and you have great views from three balconies.
There is a direct beach access at the end of the street.
If the kids like to play ball there is a park just across the street with a lake!
Located within walking distance to the Surfside Fishing Pier, local restaurants, ice cream parlor, arcade, jet ski rentals,etc.

My family and I got more for the price. We have stayed at other homes and we got more for the buck. We had cared the extra stuff that we thought we would need and left those items in the care. My family had a great time and are looking forward to our next visit. One note your bed at home can't be beat so take a bed topper for added comfort.  more...

 

 Great family vacation, August 4, 2008

Our family ranging from a 2 month old to a 69 year old really enjoyed our stay in the Blue Dolphin. The property is very spacious and contains all needed amenities. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped to cook for our large group. Everyone enjoyed having their own rooms and private bath. Our teenagers and young adults used the 3rd floor bonus area. They stayed up very late every night watching TV or movies and playing cards; yet they did not disturb other family members. The elevator, even though it runs very slowly, was handy for unloading luggage and groceries. It was a blessing having it for my sister who is confined to a wheelchair. The pool is small, but was adequate. The beach was easily accessed (about a block away). However, there is not really a good view from the house itself. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. Rental linens and baby crib were at the house as promised when we arrived. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would rent here again.  more...
