Description of the Surfside Beach vacation home rental

Our home is in a very family oriented community close enough to walk but we also have private beach parking. There are retired couples and families with children in this community. WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING***
You'll love the outdoor and indoor pool, the playground with basketball, tennis and even a little pond behind the house where you can fish.

Bring the kids and enjoy. We required anyone renting to be at least 25 years of age. We also require an application with our rental with a $200.00 deposit which is refunded if the property is left as you found it.

May 1 to Oct 1-------------------$1300 weekley Sat to Sat

Oct 2 to Apr 30------------------$1000 per month

Area Description

There are many sites to take in once you're in Surfside Beach to include "The Legends" musical entertainment you will enjoy. There are many music shows to include The Palace Theater, The Carolina Opry, Alabama and others. We also offer the World's only Rock and Roll Theme Park which is about twenty minutes north. There are lots of miniature golf and hundreds of golf courses for dad.

Other Vacation Rental Amenities

Surfside Beach is about 15 minutes south of the hectic Myrtle Beach Area. We enjoy the more family oriented area where our beach house is located. We have lots of nice restraunts about 4 miles south in Murrells Inlet and Crabby Mikes is about l mile north. Check us out -- you'll love it too. There is a water park about a half mile north of our home and a maze for the kids half mile south. This truly is a great place for kids.
