Our Premier Bed & Bath Package offers the best value including sheets & pillowcases for all beds including sleeper sofas, 2 bath towels and 1 face cloth per person according to the number the home accommodates, bath mats for every full bath, and 5 kitchen towels. Unless otherwise specified all bookings will automatically default to a Premier Package.

For your convenience you may order individual sheets & towels, towel packages only, sheet packages only, baby items, convenience items, audio/visual items, sports & beach items, kayaks, and beach packages. An order form will be sent with your initial deposit request where you can order any combination from our large selection items. All items will be delivered after 3 PM check-in time the day of your arrival and will be picked up the day of your departure. Cancellation & Changes without penalty must be made at least two weeks in advance of your arrival.

• Other Fees: Balance including remaining rent, sales/accommodations tax on total rent, reservation fee & any additional charges for requested rentals/services will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
