ANSWERS TO FREQUENT QUESTIONS
THE TOP QUESTION YOU SHOULD ASK IS DO YOU REFUND?.. ANSWER yes you can receive a full refund up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. no questions asked no reason needed just notify us in writing 60 days prior to arrival date and we will refund your moneys. Have we ever refunded of course after years of renting we have had family's with hardships and we gladly returned there money.
1) DOES IT COME WITH LINENSanswer yes each bed has pillows sheets and comforters.
2) WHAT IS THE BED ARRANGEMENTSanswer each floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with full size bed. and each floor has raised areobed with linens.
3) WHY DID YOU DO AWAY WITH SLEEPER SOFAS well I never slept on them till one time i was there I offered up my bed to be nice and said I would take the sleeper well after about an hour i said no way this is terrible so i investigated alternatives and the best solution was raised areobeds they are the height of a bed take regular sheets you can adjust the firmness and no metal rods in your back and guess what the regular couches sit better too.
4) do you include towels answer yes there are a dozen towels in each home.
5)Where is home located answer home is located in Oceanside Village which is a ocean front resort located between the two fishing piers in Surfside Beach SC the Village is located across from Bilo At the beach or more people are familiar with Herons Flea Market which is Next to the big Water Park.
5) Where is home located in the Village Home is located on Sanddollar which is one street over from outside pool.
6) How long a walk to beach? depending on your pace its between 5 to 10 minute walk to beach.
7) Can you drive to beach? yes you can drive car or golf cart or bike to beach there is a private ocean front parking lot just for guests of the village.
8) do you have internet yes wireless roadrunner internet is provided for free to our guests.
8) Is there an outside grill? answer yes each floor has its own grill purchased new fall of 2010.
9) Do you have to rent both levels? ... the uniqueness of this property is that two separate family's can rent with separate entrances but most times a large family rents the whole place for there group vacation.
10) Are motorcycles allowed? answer yes actually renting here you have the ability to wash up your bikes and keep them clean and your in a gated community with security so you can have a worry free vacation.
Oh yea and did i mention we include sheets on all the beds we also have aero beds for your extra persons and we include towels for your use in the house free wifi, washer and dryer stainless cookware in kitchen and service for 12 so you will never run out of dishes you also have automatic dishwasher.

The two levels of living allowed for large gatherings and privacy when desired. Two refrigerators made things so much easier. We will likely rent this house again.

Perfect Location

This property was perfect for what we needed. 8 people stayed at this house and we had plenty of room with more to spare. The golf carts made for easy access to the beach and the amenities inside the resort. I do recommend renting both levels if you have a large group, which we did, anticipating more staying. Some areas on outside could have been cleaner. shower, patio. But considering the time of year we rented we didn't need to use either. Deck on topside was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. The owner was super nice to work with, and that alone, right from the start, was the reason we chose this property. Another unexpected treat was to find a great restaurant on the beach just outside the resort with the most amazing food and staff.

We rented both units and the golf carts and had a perfect weekend at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. The beach was a 5 min walk, or a 2 min golf cart away with private parking. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in myrtle beach and I would recommend it to anyone. Much Needed Vacation

I can't say enough good things about this place. To begin with it is in a gated community, which adds a level of security and privacy. Being a single mother wiht three children, this was very important. I always felt safe, and comfortable during my stay. We stayed in the upper level, and it was delightful. It had three nice bedrooms that were very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was spaceous, and we were able to cook and enjoy each others company every night. There was an excellent deck with a grill. I enjoyed coffee and a book every morning until the kids got up because the resort was so quiet !! May I also say that there is a washing machine and dryer- which was wonderfully convient with 3 kids. The resort was nice. It is not far to the beach, especially if you rent the golf carts (and you should !!). Its makes life so much easier. It is minutes to the beach, and both pools. We enjoyed driving the golf carts around in the evenings and enjoyed the view, and just talking with each other. It is also right across the street from so many shops and stores, ex. grocery store. I think that this is an excellent place to stay. No its not beach front, but still very nice, and I know that you would enjoy it. Neil was also very each to work with and very accomidating !! Great stay, and I cant thank you enough !!

The resort at Oceanside Village provides a lot of amenities making it a great place for a family vacation. Indoor/outdoor pools, softball field, activity center, and more. Grocery store is located across the street from community entrance. Golf Cart is a must have for easy beach access. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles. House is very spacious with a lot of room for storage of clothes and food. Dining room/kitchen area is large enough to serve 8 people comfortably. Laundry at the apartment is very convenient. The Landlord, Neil, is easy to get in touch with. I will consider staying at this place in the future.

Nice place to stay!

Stayed for a week in upstairs unit and friends stayed in downstairs unit. Very nice community and very friendly people. The house was nice and served our purpose very well. All we had to do was bring the groceries. Glad that we rented the golf carts,very helpful to get around. Will definitely recommend to others and plan on staying here again next year. Neil Lynch's home more than met our expectations. It was the perfect size for our group. Neil was very easy to work with and very accomodating. The location of the home was perfect given the locations of the golf courses that we played. We didn't have an opportunity to experience any other things within the gated community because we we're playing golf all day. Will definitely be a place that I will consider in the future for golf or family vacations.

We stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of our vacation. The home is in a private community, so need to worry about motorcycles or auto. It's located in the middle of Myrte Beach and Murrells Inlet so we didn't have to travel far for entertainment. Neil Lynch (owner) was a pleasure to talk to and very accomidating. We already have a week reserved for May and plan on going there again for 2 more weeks next summer. I highly recommend it!

Rented Lower Unit

We rented the lower unit, which has two bedrooms with one queen and one double bed and one bath. The unit had everything we needed and the private beach front parking was a nice plus. It's a good deal for the money. The two pools in the community were great for rainy days or days when you didn't want to deal with the sand. The girls also enjoyed the tennis courts. Neil was a great host!

My family and I rented both top and bottom and it was wonderful. The older adults stayed downstairs and we had all our meals downstairs. There was plenty of room and we need nothing because it was there to use. The kids and I stayed upstairs and the balcony at night was great for playing cards and hanging out and talking. Having the two golf carts to use was a major help. Of course the pool and beach is within walking distance. Will be checking on this place for rental again in the future.

All 18 of us had a wonderful time at this 2 unit house. The 2 golf carts were a big hit for the teens in our group and a help to Mama getting around. Being able to bring 2 motorcycles was a plus too, but they found out that it was a little too hot to enjoy them as much as they would have liked. The house was very nice and we felt very safe in this quite neighorhood. My kids were probably the noisy ones. We hope to do this again next year.The only complaint was it wasn't long enough but we can't blame Neil for that.

Six of us get together each year to fish- hunt- etc- and this year we landed on Neil's place in surfside- great price- confortable rooms- very quiet neighborhood- friendly neighbors- the accomodations suited us well- we knew going in that we did not have enough beds for everyone so we brought blow ups and the rooms wer big enough that they worked fine- the only complaint we had wes that the fishing was lousy and nearly all of us lost at poker- but we can't blame the house for that- Thanks Neil-

The ladies of our family decided to hold a "Camp Talk-a-Lotta". There were 12 of us, and we rented both units plus a golf cart. Had a WONDERFUL time and enjoyed the "homey" atmosphere. It was great to come in where the beds were ready with clean sheets. The kitchen had plenty of plates & utensils, etc. Even with 12 females, we didn't run out of towels. The indoor pool was fantastic ... we practically had it to ourselves the whole time we were there. There is a playground for the children. The community also has planned activities that had we had time would have been fun ... water aerobics in the morning, movies at night, and a library. Shopping and dining a short drive. You can even ride the golf cart to the convenience store. My cousin who lives only an hour away said she felt like we were on an island far away from everyone. She plans to take her family back there again in the summer. Thanks to the Lynch's for the relaxing get-away!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Lynch Home at Oceanside Village. There was plenty of space and everything that we needed to make our stay wonderful. It was great not to have to bring our own sheets and towels!!! The Golf Carts was a BIG BLESSING for our crew. That was a really big highlight daily for our kids. The Oceanside community was terrific. We really appreciate that the owner & his family allow families like ours to have the opportunity to have a vacation that is affordable and fun. My husband, myself and our 5 children had a great time and made lots of memories. We are grateful to the Lynch Family for all their efforts to making families like ours vacation dreams a reality! My family and I had a great time during our week at the beach. The house was perfect.Large enough to accomadate 10 of us, but yet cosie enough to feel right at home.The resort was clean and the residents very friendly.We would recommend it to anyone wanting a place at the beach. We will be returning... The owner Neil Lynch was helpful and we enjoyed the time spent talking with him and his grandson, Lane.

We used the property for a large family reunion. The accommodations were perfect and everything was easily accessible. Beach was within walking distance. The neighbors were very friendly and the entire complex was peaceful and grounds kept clean at all times. The July 4th parade of gold carts was great as was the fireworks display on the beach. I would recommend the property to anyone! It was great to deal directly with the owner and my family looks forward to renting the property again next year!
