THE MOST IMPORTANT feature--Never share a bathroom again, each bedroom has it's own bathroom and there is also an extra half bath!
Over 2200 sq. ft this home is great for families large or small. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living area has leather couches and a separate area to enjoy a nice book or play cards, there are 3 covered decks (one overlooking the pool), TV's in each bedroom, DVD players, stereo, and much more. The master suite is huge with raised ceilings and a private balcony.
Lounge by the private pool and enjoy the grill, outdoor fridge(keeps everyone from running inside and getting water & sand everywhere), picnic table, swing, and when night falls watch the pool lights change color...Just steps to the beach-approx 375 steps! With direct beach access at the end of the road and the home even comes with a beach wagon to carry your beach stuff!

Surfside Beach is located approx. 7 miles from downtown Myrtle Beach and the areas main attractions. Within walking distance you can enjoy the Surfside Fishing Pier, restaurants, ice cream, arcade, beach bar & grills(which feature some great local music), Surfside Library and Park, tennis courts, jetski rentals, and parasailing.

Close by there are over 100 golf courses, minituare golf for the entire family, shopping, theaters, dinner shows, water parks, over 1800 restaurants to choose from, fishing tours and boat tours, casino boat, bowling, movie theaters,etc.

Surfside Beach is a great family beach that is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer, but is a quaint town that allows you to enjoy the ocean, sun, and sand.
Enjoy Nibbles Restaurant on the fishing pier for breakfast, Oceanfront River City Cafe for lunch, or Bubba's Seafood restaurant for dinner...all within walking distance.
Jetski Rentals, Banana Boat Rides, and Parasailing are just down the street.
If you would like to catch a local band there is a couple of small beach bar & grills also within walking distance.

We spent a week in this beautiful house, in close proximity to the beach. It was fabulous that each bedroom had it's own bathroom, and there were decks on each level of the house which was a plus too. Had some problems with the fridge and a few other minor things, but figure this was probably b/c we were the first to rent the place this season. The property managers were very responsive, especially Lisa. And it was WONDERFUL to have our own little pool at the end of the day :) Would definitely stay here again...
