The unit is set up like a townshouse. 1 Bedroom is upstairs and contains 2 fulls in 1st Bedroom, The second bedroom is downstairs with 1 Queen and 1 Bunk bed with bathroom. There is a Queen Sleeper in the living room. The main unit is conveniently located on the 2nd Floor overlooking the beautiful ocean. Each unit has a semi private (partitioned) deck with 2 Rocking chairs. Each unit comes with 2 parking spaces in private parking lot for the complex. It also has LR/DR/KIT Combo with Full Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Toaster, all kitchen utensils, glasses and cookware, central air/heat, ceiling fans in each room, shared W/D, outdoor deck, outdoor shower, 3 Cable FLAT SCREEN TV's-40 inch, 2 DVD/VCR combos and FREE unlimited WIFI. 2 Outdoor Charcoal Grills & Private Outdoor Shower w/key. Parking on premises in our private lot.

Area Information

Surfside Beach is known as a family beach. It is centrally located, 15 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, Hard Rock Park and attractions. Murrell's Inlet is nearby with some of the best Seafood Restaurants in the state! Walmart Supercenter in Surfside open 24/7. No need to pack everything, you can buy the rest there! (I do!)
Close to many golf courses and mini golf courses where you can play all day for $5-6! Airport is just 6 miles away.

This the ideal beach house for a med size family. Very clean and had direct access to everything from waking up looking at the dolphins, to dinner, to fishing pier. Was very very clean and in good repair. Interior looked as if had been recently remodeled and bathrooms were spacious and clean...overall awesome expierence. thanks

This is the third summer I have had the delightful pleasure of staying at this property..... another fabulous week! location is perfect to everything: ocean, of course; Piggly Wiggly; fishing pier..... Great accomodations, with washer and dryer on the premises as the "icing on the cake", clean, comfortable, and very desirable by my family! Looking to next year already! My family had a great time, and walking on the beach every morning with my coffee was priceless! Great pictures of the sunrise, too!! Got it all...!!!
