Description of the Surfside Beach vacation villa rental
ADDED FEATURES THIS SUMMER SEASON - AN ADDITIONAL "WATER PARK" HAS BEEN ADDED to our beautiful out-door pool, along with A SHALLOW POOL FOR ADULTS TO ACTUALLY SIT IN THE WATER ON CHAISE LOUNGES AND ENJOY THE VIEWS, ALSO, A NEW ADDITIONAL COVERED PICNIC AREA AND MUSIC ON SATURDAY NIGHTS, TO BE ENJOYED BY ALL.
ALL NEW BEDDING AND "GLASS" TOP END-TABLES AND COFFE TABLE, have been added the beginning of the summer season.
I take great pride is renting our home, as it is Very Clean and Cheerful.
Monthly Calendars are available with dally activities, movies,and numerous events for everyone to enjoy. This is an "all-around" place to enjoy the winter months with Senior Type events for the many, many "Snow-Birds". We have Christmas shows, a New Years Eve Dinner/Dance, Valentine's and St. Patricks Day Dinner/Dances and other shows put on by our residents.. Bingo is on Saturday evenings and a non-denomination church service is held on Sunday mornings. So may other planned events are always happening..
The summer rentals are all about the beach and the pools, along with our 4th of July Golf Cart Parade and picnic,along with Memorial Day and Labor Day events planned.
Weekly or Monthly Rental and/or a Long Term Lease is available - This beautifully furnished villa is located just south of Myrtle Beach, in Surfside Beach. The home is in a well established Beach Community with many lakes and fountains, along with numerous ammenities - 24-hour security, two beautiful pools, (one enclosed for free daily exercise classes, or in bad weather), Also,.tennis courts w/free lessons, volley ball, a huge play area with basketball courts and softballl areas. Library with latest books to check-out along with computer access in our small Club House. Additional activities/parties/holiday parties/picnics and community privileges, take place in our Big Community Center or outside, weather permitting, plus so much more. Just walk two blocks to Ocean Blvd to our Private Ocean Access. A fabulous restaurant is located on stilts over-looking the beautiful ocean, with a covered wrap-around deck, to enjoy your fine dining and beautiful sunsets. The villa has 1,056 living sq ft. plus a front screen porch and two patios. Is beautifully furnished with many up-dates and has two large bedrooms with wall-in-closets, along with two full baths. The master has a walk-in shower and hall bath has a tub/shower. Master has a large screen TV and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Kitchen is a bright, fully equipped with a skylight over a drop leaf table.. All dishes, cooking needs - all appliances are quite new w/built-in microwave, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal and frig w/ice maker. Washer & dryer in mud room, along w/large pantry. Living and dining room both face the front with double glass sliders. Dining room has a large glass-top table to seat 6-8 people. Living room w/queen sofa, two swivel chairs, large TV @ desk. Enjoy a 10x12 screen porch w/patio furnuiture & two decks (one with umbrella and table. Bring your own bedding/towles and bathing suits. E-mail photos are attached.

Area Information
Villa is located just south of Myrtle Beach, in Surfside Beach, between Hwy 17S and Ocean Blvd. (Just North of Merrels Inlet). Located in Oceanside Village. with many private vacation homes, as well as, permanent families. Located across from one of the largest Flea Markets, Shopping, grocery stores, malls, WalMart and the many, many restaurants, boardwalk and places to enjoy wonderful food with ocean views and numerous broadway shows with entertaining celebrities. On-site shuttle bus available for those who wish to play golf, across from village on Hwy 17S.

WONDERFUL CLEAN AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

This Is The First Time Renting From This Site And I Really Lucked Out. I Found Everything Exactly As Portrayed In The Ad With The House Being Very Comfortable And Clean. Darlene Went Over And Above To Accommodate Me And Any Requests I Had Were Dealt With Immediately. The Village Itself Is Very Pretty And Clean And Everyone Is Friendly And Helpful. I Was Warmly Welcomed And Enjoyed The Many Facilitiies There , Especially The Well Stocked Library, The Pool And The Dances And Parties Put On In The Community Hall. The Location Was Very Good For Getting To All Attractions And I Liked That It Was A Bit Quieter Area And The Traffic Was Never Bad. I Also Felt Quite Safe As I Am A Single Female And The Security Was Top Rate. The Nearby Flea Market And Good Restaurants Added To The Experience As Well. It Was My First Visit To Myrtle Beach And I Loved The Visit...wish I Had Been Able To Stay Longer. Friends Who Visited Me Commented On How Homey It Felt ..with My Own Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher Ensuite And Tv In The Bedroom...i Must Agree. I Would Heartilly Recommend This Unit And Darlene Is Just A Real Sweetie! I Hope To Return Again.

Elaine was very nice to submit such a lovely review. She too, was a wonderful tenant and we have agreed to keep in touch throughout the year. When talking to her over the weekend, she expressed that she would have loved to be able to stay longer, but she missed her dog and her insurance was up on the 15th. As a resident from Canada, this was a concern. She kept our property very clean and neat. These are issues that bring tenants back to our property in the future.

A:Enjoy the ocean. Our village has tennis courts & free lessons, or take the shuttle across the main road to play GOLF, there are numerous places to eat, (including Early-Bird Seating) Many Broadway Shows for all ages. OR, just enjoy a good book(s) from our library, the covered/inclosed pool all year round w/water aerobics daily and the outdoor pool with covered deck for larger group celebrations and Saturday Night DJ. Weekly Bingo and Movie Nights at the Club House - All holiday celebrations, pot-luck dinners, and the list goes on.
Q:What is Oceanside Village?
A:OSV is a family place to vacation and for all the many "Snow Birds" to come south and enjoy all the amenities in our village, for those who don't want to shovel snow. Many events are held during the winter months that are available only during the winter for their enjoyment. Also includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentines Day and St. Patrick's Day dinner/dance parties. Yoga and Water Aerobics, Movies, Crafts, Tennis Lessons, Card Games, Worship Service on Sundays, Bocce, Bingo, Scrapbooking, Quilting/Kniting & Crochetting, Christmas Caroling, Book Club, Cookie Ornament Exchange and Wkly Movie Night. These are just some of the events that are on-site & walking distance to the Club House. A Monthly Calendar is provided for each month - year round. Additional Summer Events are also posted.
Q:What are some of the Really Neat Places to visit?
A:Brookgreen Gardens is just minutes away - Enjoy the beautiful gardens all year round. The many popular Golfing Areas are one of the biggest draws and are so close, along with many special pricing and coupon books that provide additional discounts. I maintain them in our home and many more can be picked-up at the grocery store across the street or in the village office. For summer time, families enjoy the ocean waves, sunbathing, playing in the sand, taking walks on the beach and enjoying our community pools, play area and tennis courts,, One of the biggest waterslide is located just across the road. Enjoy as much or as little entertainment as desired.

A:Our bungalo is located in a beautiful setting and in a well lit and groomed village, with 24-hour security. I take extreme pride in cleanliness of our property and keep it up-todate with all the comfortable needs of families. We have year round grounds maintenance, beautiful lakes with lit fountains, numerous events and activities ongoing, year round, as noted above. We also try to work with individual needs to make your vacation a memorable and enjoyable event. All your concerns, needs are important to us and we hope to make your vacation time as pleasant as possible. We have had numerous renters who have commented on the bungalo, as being one of the nicest places they have ever rented for the price quoted and have referred their friends and families.
