We stayed 10 days, everything was perfect, we were like in our home. In front of the beach, you have all you need. Owner was in contact all the time for everything we need.

Estuvimos hospedados 14 noches, el apartamento es muy confortable, amplio, muy bien equipado con buenas vistas, el edificio es muy tranquilo, tiene salida a la piscina con un parque del mismo edificio muy cuidado con accesible salida a la playa, el hecho de tener cochera particular lo hace de un funcionamiento super comodo no teniendo que depender del valet parking, que no obstante siempre estan presente al momento de necesitarlos, hay disponibles elementos necesarios para subir las maletas y bolsas del super por ascensor, como experiencia muy buena y estamos dispuestos a volver el año siguiente. Patricia nos atendio siempre con mucha disposicion y cordialidad!

Nous avons passe un agréable mois de mars ..Quoi de mieux que d être a cote de la mer, des restos,des fameuses `` Bal Harbor shops `` possibilités de louer des vélos a 2 coins de rue arrêt d autobus a proximité , si vous ne voulez pas vous encombrer de votre voiture laissez la au parking.Le condo est très bien équipé et une proprio très attentionnée..Si vous le choisissez vous ne serez pas déçu. El departamento esta muy bien ubicado, sobre la playa, a 10' del Aventura. Su equipamiento es excelente, incluso para ir con chicos. Ademas, Patricia nos ha brindado una atencion impecable. Hemos pasado unas hermosas vacaciones en familia!!!!

This apartment is an excellent choice for those seeking a home away from home in Miami. It is impeccably clean, and has absolutely everything that one can possibly need (even the beach chairs!). The beach is right outside, in the back of the building, and there are restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance. For those who like high end shopping and dinning, Bal Harbour Shops is just a few blocks away. I definitely recommend it!
