Features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably.
This beautiful home has a very romantic and middle eastern feel to it, with its stone style walls and open airy living and dining room all thanks for its very high ceilings. Features a massive 15 foot dining room table to enjoy with your guests. Also contains an 8 person table poolside for enjoying your BBQ and pool party with friends. Included is a one person kayak for the adventurous types.
Kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances (including gas stove). Master bedroom has Pool/Bay views. Has official sized 10 foot Mammoth basketball hoop in front to play with your friends as well as small dock to go fishing off of.
Has a floating boat dock for boats between 30-38 feet (will take slight modification depending on boat but can be arranged for long term rentals).
