Condominiums are also strategically located to several sports complexes and less than 20 minutes from the Cardinals Stadium and a great place to stay for the Superbowl 2008!

The condominiums are located in booming Surprise, AZ where you have access to numerous new restaurants and shopping centers. Also very close to trendy Arrowhead area for lots more shopping and fun activities. Only 15 minutes from Lake Pleasant for boating and recreational activities.
