You will enjoy fantastic amenities in the age 55+ community including golf, swimming, spa, exercise, walking and biking paths, bocce ball, tennis, shuffleboard, quilting, oil and water color painting, computer room, woodworking, and this list goes on. All this for a yearly activity fee of $125/person except the golf which has it's own packages. Within 5 miles are spring training facilities for Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, and just down the road about 15 minutes away are the spring training facilities for the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners. This lovely home is 2100 square feet, 2 bedrooms with the separate office/den, large kitchen and eat in area, lot's of cabinets, corian counters, and a great covered patio with waterfall, trees, and plantings which look over the expansive 20,000 square foot lot!
