Description of the Surprise vacation home rental
Single Family Home just north and west of Surprise a short 15 min/drive. Quiet and secluded from the busy City of Phoenix a 60 min drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport.
A self contained community developed by Del-Webb (See the link to Sun City Festival at bottom of page)
The 2 Bedroom Rancher with a den will sleep 6 people. Fully equipped with linen and towels, dishes and pots and pans. Washer and Dryer. Just move in and have use of the electric Golf Cart. Rented by the week or by the month.
We can make a rental arrangement for a Ford Van as part of the package The 2004 Freestar Ford 6 passenger van is on site.
