Beautiful new home in great community (Marley Park). Single level 2,200 square feet. 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, Great room with pool table. Fun home!
Great kitchen with granite countertops.
Master Suite has King Bed, sleeper couch and T.V.
2nd Bedroom has double Bed.
3rd Bedroom has twin bed and T.V.
Living/Great room has 46" LCD T.V. (full cable)
Cozy Backyard with outdoor furniture, fire bowl and gas grill
Full use of 2 car garage w/automatic opener and remote.
DSL internet access
$1,200 per week (7 days).
Security Deposit (non refundable)due at booking.
Damage Deposit of $1,000.

Area Description
Surprise is a great small town. Marley Park is a new upscale community.
If you like hiking and mountain biking, the White Tank mountains are less than 3 miles away (you are welcome to use my bikes in the garage). Great neighborhood to walk and bike in too.
All other activities - shopping, movies, golf, restaurants, etc. are all within a few miles.
My home is 13 miles from Phoenix Cardinals Stadium & Westgate Center with shops, movie theaters, restaurants, (Fox Sports Grill, Margaritaville). Lots to do.
