Description of the Surprise vacation home rental
Approximately 1400sf, 3br/2ba Surprise home available for vacation stay anytime between January 21-February 9. Great neighborhood, vaulted ceilings, sleeps 5 comfortably (can add bed/trundle if necessary), sweet homeowner ;) $900/night, minimum 4 nights, or MAKE ME AN OFFER. I will post more pictures soon :)
Obvious inclusions, such as side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer/dryer, dishware/pots and pans, etc.
Basics:
- Microfiber, oversized, down-filled couch, love seat, and chaise lounge in living room.
- Queen size cherry sleigh bed in master bedroom; full size platform bed in 2nd bedroom; single bed in 3rd bedroom.
- Small covered patio and grassy back yard. Fire pit and propane grill.
- Pets OK, but please don't bring a zoo
- WiFi internet
- 55 ' ' DLP HDTV in living room (w/ upconverter DVD player and HD DirectTV)
- 36 ' ' LCD HDTV in master bedroom (w/ upconverter DVD player, and I have install scheduled for HD DirectTV)
Extras:
- Pantry and refrigerator will be left fully stocked with basic products of your choosing: beverages (including beer), snack foods, etc.
- Linen closet will be left fully stocked with new towels and wash cloths, extra sheets/blankets, soaps/shampoo/etc.
- If you want or need anything else, just let me know! (Including pickup from the airport)
Homeowner will be available by phone at any time, for anything. This is a Non-smoking home! The home 's garage will be locked and off-limits. A simple "contract" expressing payments and expectations will be agreed upon and signed (to protect everyone and make sure we're on the same page), and a 50%, non-refundable payment to guarantee your stay must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival. The remaining 50% must be paid in full upon arrival (by cash, check, or money order), plus a fully refundable $1000 security deposit (I will simply hold the check and return it when you leave, so long as you leave my home in one piece). If you have any questions or requests, I can work with you!
