Description of the Surprise vacation home rental

Beautifully furnished 3bd 2ba 1800 sqft single level- It’s outfitted with linens, kitchen necessities, washer dryer, flat screen TV, cable, internet, hair dryer, board games, PS3- a beautiful pool and a putting green.
We are located within walking distance to the Surprise Stadium "KC Royals and Rangers", The Aquatic Center, and The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex *2008 USTA Outstanding Facility!* As well as, Community Park, and Dog Park.(Which feature sand volleyball, tennis, fishing, basketball, etc?) There also is a Sunday Market starting Oct 19th from 10-2.
We are close to the White Tank Regional Park; there are 7 public Golf Courses, and great restaurant selections within 2 miles. The University of Phoenix Cardinals Stadium, Jobing Arena(Concerts and NHL) NASCAR, and West Gate Entertainment are a short drive away. Did I mention GOLF, Golf, and More GOLF?

Comfortable beds, awesome pool, extremely clean and decorated. We had everything we needed to cook inside and out. All the appliances you'll ever need. We really enjoyed this house and will rent again in winter.

My wife and I rode our Motorcycles down here from Napa Ca., and found this house totaly amazing. The weather was great, every thing was within walking distance or just a short drive. We enjoyed just hanging out and Barbecuing by the pool, which was also amazing. The house was very comfortable and will equipped. We will be back!

This is a lovely home - spacious and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed our stay immensely and found the home to be even nicer than described. Location is great - close to shopping, grocery stores, and local attractions. A welcoming and comfortable home away from home.
