Description of the Surprise vacation home rental
We are located within walking distance to the Surprise Stadium "KC Royals and Rangers", The Aquatic Center, and The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex *2008 USTA Outstanding Facility!* As well as, Community Park, and Dog Park.(Which feature sand volleyball, tennis, fishing, basketball, etc?) There also is a Sunday Market starting Oct 19th from 10-2.
We are close to the White Tank Regional Park; there are 7 public Golf Courses, and great restaurant selections within 2 miles. The University of Phoenix Cardinals Stadium, Jobing Arena(Concerts and NHL) NASCAR, and West Gate Entertainment are a short drive away. Did I mention GOLF, Golf, and More GOLF?

The house was absolutely perfect for my Spring Training visit with family. The house is well-appointed, with a large master suite, two queen bedrooms and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The owner left a welcome basket with wine and snacks, the outdoor gas fireplace and gas grill were stocked with propane, large flat-screen TVs throughout and a nice billiard room. The owner was a pleasure to deal with throughout, and even sent me an email soon after arrival to make sure everything was in order. I would go back and recommend without hesitation.

There isnt anything I could say that I would change ,except I wish my stay at the Surprise house was longer......It was a very comfortable home ,well kept,clean,great sheets too,and had everything for preparing food that was needed....I deffinately would enjoy staying there again....thank you..R&R

This was such a remarkable home to vacation at. Luxurious but comfortable and very well-appointed. The beautiful pool was very refreshing. It certainly met all of our needs and more. All aspects of renting this home were excellent. Great owners with whom to work, wonderfully appointed house, and perfect location for our tennis outing. The owner-coordinator was available to help with local stores and activities making the trip easy. We need another excuse to return.

Comfortable beds, awesome pool, extremely clean and decorated. We had everything we needed to cook inside and out. All the appliances you'll ever need. We really enjoyed this house and will rent again in winter.

My wife and I rode our Motorcycles down here from Napa Ca., and found this house totaly amazing. The weather was great, every thing was within walking distance or just a short drive. We enjoyed just hanging out and Barbecuing by the pool, which was also amazing. The house was very comfortable and will equipped. We will be back!

This is a lovely home - spacious and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed our stay immensely and found the home to be even nicer than described. Location is great - close to shopping, grocery stores, and local attractions. A welcoming and comfortable home away from home.
