Within 5 miles are spring training facilities for Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers, and just down the road about 15 minutes away are the spring training facilities for the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners.

This lovely home is over 1700 square feet, 2 bedrooms with the separate den, large kitchen and eat in area, lot's of cabinets, and a great covered patio. Queen size ben in master bedroom with full size shower, double sink vanity, private commode and full size walk in closet.

October, November and December, $2100/month. January, February and March, $2500/month. April, $2100/month. The rest of the months is $1800/month.
