Description of the Surprise vacation home rental
This is a totally furnished park model located in a Gated 55+ Resort community about 25 miles NW of Phoenix and is by Sun City. Normally this unit would cost $1650 per month but it is now available (Months of December and/or Janruary Thru March and/or April 2010) for $15500.00 per with a refundable $450 cleaning/damage deposit. There's lots of golf in the area as well as fun and games at the Resort. The place is like new. It has a new radiant heat cook stove, new 16.5 cubic foot frig, new 26" flat panel TV in bedroom (Wall Mounted) w/DVD player, new paint throughout, new mini blinds and valances and a new BBQ grill with cooking utensils and a washer and dryer.
