Description of the Surprise vacation home rental

Fully Furnished approx.1200 sq.ft.2bd,2ba,2 car garage; in beautiful Sun City Grand Retirement community (55+).

Master Bedroom and bath (2 sinks), shower, TV,VCR.
Second Bedroom sleeper sofa, desk.
Fully equiped kitchen with Microwave, dishwasher, side/side refrigerator/freeezer with ice make and filtered water dispenser. All small appliances furnished.
Linens, all furnished, just bring your clothes.

Laundry room in house.

Area Information

Many amenitites available in the Grand: Three pools-one indoor and two outdoor heated, massage and spa facilities, fitness center with trainers, coffee shops, bistro, restaurants, library, many classes to choose from; stained glass workshops, woodworking, computers, sewing, painting, crafts, billard room, baseball field, travel agency, activities center.

Four Professional golf courses.

The Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers are here in Surprise Stadium for thir Spring training home. Just a couple miles away.
Also, at the Peoria stadium for the seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres, is about 12 miles away.
Renters pay for the use of all the amenities and discounted golf fee. 3mos $125--6mos $150--1yr--$200.

Shopping nearby: Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Restaurants, Hospitals, Doctors just across the road.

Grand Canyon 2.5 holurs to Flagftaff, and 1.5 hrs from beautiful red rock of Sedona.

I occupied this property from November 2011 through January 2012. The landlord was always pleasant and easy to talk with. She was also very quick to take action on any issue. The house is in the Sun City Grand development, so there is always something fun to do there. Downtown Phoenix is not that far away if you choose to visit the great museums and other sites near the city center.
