Description of the Surprise vacation home rental

1690 sqft one level home with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus an office with a hide-a-bed. Open vaulted ceiling with big kitchen, dining and living rooms. Private fenced back yard with covered patio. Fully furnished with furniture, appliances, W&D and all kitchen furnishings. Cable TV included. Three car garage (one stall taken however). Would prefer to rent for a minimum of 3 months. Rent discounted for more than 3 months. During winter months we require a 3 month minimum stay.

Area Information

Located in secure gated adult community with golf course, 2 pools, tennis, pickelball, softball and community center in complex. Near MLB training camps, shopping, restaurants and golf courses.
