You will love this, beautiful 15,000 sq. ft. private back yard with a jaccuzzi and gazebo, nice patio for entertaining. It has 3 berooms and 2 baths, sleeps 6. 1 king and 2 queens Master has it's own bath and door to jaccuzzi. A 2 car garage. Within minutes to spring training, tennis and lots of activitys, all the shopping you need close by and arrowhead mall is just 15 min. away. Lots of resterants all down bell road. Lots of golf courses close by. This is a non smoking home except on the patio. There is a deposit fee of 500.00 and cleaning fee of 100.00 (non refundable). I also am only minutes away in case something is wrong or if you need help for anything your not able to do. If you need more pics or have any questions please call me.
