Luxury townhome located in private gated community with gym, pool, spa, greens spaces, walking paths and lots more. Home is walking distance from pool and gym, with a masterbedroom on the first floor, large loft and two car garage that walks into the kitchen. Home has a kind size bed on the first floor and queen in secondary bedroom, large laundry room on second floor, fully stocked with linens, bbq and lots more. Pets are always welcome and crate or dog beds can be provided on request.

Beautiful townhouse.

We liked its proximity to Surprise baseball park and the city park, library, and water park. The corner location and double garage were both handy. Nice big windows for lots of light. Well-maintained.

The townhouse was very comfortable and well furnished.and we enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and conviently located. The owner was very accomodating and we would recommend this rental. Having a garage and laundry and 2 bathrooms was good.

Quiet, clean 2story condominium that accommodated 4 adults & kids for spring training. Pool table was a plus & owner was most helpful to replace lost pool sticks. This was Close to Surprise stadium, grocery shopping & restaurants! Hope to book this place for next year!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was in top-notch condition. The house was well stocked with towels, pots and pans, and other away from home necessities. The owner of the property was very helpful and very accomodating. The area was well maintained and quiet. The house is located near grocery stores and stores such as Walmart and Target. It is within reasonable driving distance to Phoenix and local malls. We highly recommend this house.
