Comfort and elegance! This house is everything you dream of for your Phoenix vacation!
This fabulous home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 car garages, a beautiful second floor terrace, a Laguna shape sparkling clear swimming pool heated all year round, large living room, cozy family room with entertainment center, a relaxing furnished covered patio and a large laundry room with brand new washer and dryer.
Each of the four bedrooms of the 2600 sq feet home is equipped with brand new furniture and comfortable mattresses, LCD full HDTVs 1080p, lamps, radio/alarm clocks, chest and nightstands with plenty of drawers.
In the three bathrooms, you’ll find plenty of towels, toiletries, hair dryers, even toothpaste. The masterbath has a double sink, separate shower, separate tub and a large walk in closet.
The kitchen includes all the tools a chef would need, plenty of silverware, plateware, casual and special occasions glasses.
The nicely furnished patio provides cozy seating for a relaxing time by the pool, having social drinks or outside dinner. Beach towels are also provided.
A professional 16,000 BTU gas grill could be your favorite tool for preparing your family dinners as everybody so far enjoyed it so much.
A large sectional in the living room offers plenty of sitting space across the brand new 46 inch 1080P full HDTV. The family room with cozy sofa and armchairs invites you to a siesta in front of the TV.
The elegant dining room table is always ready for large celebrations, weather it’s a family reunion, Thanksgiving or Christmas gatherings.
Two queen size raised airbeds, extra blankets, pillows and comforters have been added for convenience and abundance.

Area Information

This elegant villa is minutes away from the Surprise Stadium - Home of the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers, Major League Baseball in March as well as many other events planned throughout the year. Some are baseball as well as other recreation and entertainment. Surprise Stadium is across the street from the Aquatic Center (Great fun!) and the excellent Maricopa County library.
Other Attractions in the West and Northwest Valley - The museum in Wickenburg about the West is superb and award-winning. The University of Phoenix Stadium (home of the 2008 Super Bowl) is an engineering marvel and well worth a tour. Luke Air Force Base is nearby and can be heard overhead as they train the best fighter pilots in the world.

WOW!!!!!

Overwhelmed with space-only 2 of us. We are seriously considering 2014. Great neighbors, close to shopping,biggest TVs I have ever seen. Clean, clean, clean. Pool was gorgeous - didn't have time to enjoy but next time we will.

Wonderful Home to stay in for a family gathering

January 1, 2012

Nice quiet area, everything furnished for bathing, and cooking supplies. All we needed to provide were our clothing and food. Close shopping area, fitness center and movie theater. Easy access to highway 10, 17, 60, and 303. Had a family gathering over Christmas. Did a lot of cooking, played cards on the spacious dinning room table with hugh family room all in one spacious area. Great set up. Did not use the pool due to a it being a little cool. Would come back again.

Great place to relax in the sun

We loved the property. Lots of amenities and tons of perks--pool toys, lounge chairs, partially stocked kitchen, and super helpful property owners! We were more than thrilled with our rental and would certainly recommend it to anyone. A bit of a drive from Phoenix, but great price and beautiful rental!
