Beautiful two-bedroom home with sea views. Has open plan living room and kitchen-cum dining area. High ceilings, telephone, SKY TV, "relaxed feel" interior design, decor and furnishings. Two balconies on opposite sides of the home provide more space for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the sunrise and sea view from one, and sundown from the other.

The home looks out over part of the Rewa Delta which surrounds the largest river in Fiji - the Rewa River. It also looks out to Nukulau and Makuluva Islands which are on the main sea route out of Suva, Fiji, to the Eastern Pacific, Latin America and Northern America.

Our home is perfect for vacationers and for business travellers who want to bring their family along with them. It is also the perfect home base from which longer staying clients can explore Fiji.

The home offers a Personal Computer and Broadband Internet access complimentary for guests' use.

Transport to and from Suva City or Nausori Airport can be arranged on arrival and departure.

Area Description

The property is located along the thoroughfare between Suva (the capital city of Fiji) and the next town of Nausori, where the airport is located. Supermarkets, markets and restaurants are located around less than 2 minutes away - travel to which by taxi is less than FJD2.00. Bus routes located nearby.

Suva City, the capital of Fiji, is a cosmopolitan city with distinct colonial and Pacific Islands vibe.

A number of landmarks include Parliament House, Government Buildings, Government House (where the Head of State resides), Borron House which is used by visiting dignitaries and guests of Government, Colo-i-Suva Forest Park and Nature Reserve, The Fiji Museum, The Botanical Gardens, Fiji Sports Complexes (including The National Aquatic Centre, The National Stadium, The National Gymnasium, and The National Fitness Centre), The University of the South Pacific and many colonial-era buildings. A new art gallery, Taketai, has just been opened for display of arts and handicrafts of local artists.

Other nearby attractions include caves at Kalabu Village and Orchid Island with wildlife and thatched buildings. Pacific Harbour, which has beautiful white sandy beaches, the (Fijian) Arts Village and some other attractions, is an hour or so drive away.
